My Elevate Bootcamp program is designed with a compilation of HIIT, various styles of circuit training, and the addition of light to moderate weight. By approaching each workout at your level best, you will challenge your body’s cardiovascular performance, build up your strength & endurance, and metabolically transform yourself over the course of the next six weeks!
All of the workouts in this trainer should take you less than 45 minutes to complete (several of them 30 minutes or less). Most of the workouts require minimal equipment and can be performed from anywhere (home or a traditional training facility). If you do not have access to a gym or certain equipment, that’s OK, make a modification that suits you, use what you have, or substitute the exercise for something else. Don’t let excuses limit you from becoming a stronger, fitter, healthier you!!
